Sell an rfid chip in a two part epoxy plastic syringe package that includes a website address to go to for instructions on your particular gun model. Sell them at Walmart for $5 or so. Non-compliance after 6 months and you lose the right to own firearms, like a felon. Inject the tiny rfid chip into the proper irretrievable location of the gun and magazine/clip and you keep your guns and 2nd amendment rights. Easy to do.
