This is an easy recipe for guys to make when a pretty lady comes over for dinner. It's goof-proof and everyone likes Cherries Jubilee. You can use Bing or the more expensive Golden Rainier cherries. You need to "stone" the cherries to remove the pits.

Children love magic shell chocolate sauce which instantly hardens. It's just sweetened cocoa and coconut oil. Likewise, you can make your own intense high quality chocolate and serve that with your ice cream on the side. Real homemade chocolate melts easily as it has no chemical stabilizers.

This means you can make a chocolate blueberry bar, or chocolate turtles (caramel and pecans), or toasted coconut, whatever. You have to cover it up and store in the refrigerator until time to eat it. Save your money and make it yourself.
