You can slowly cook that chicken in a soup or stew that will last for days in a 5 litre soup pot. All you need is Winter Vegetables or a soup pack from the supermarket. But it's better if you've got a garden with your own vegetables.

I ate chicken, spinach and fennel sausages a couple of days ago and they were great.

I think peeps should eat as much chicken as their budget affords.

I had no idea! That's awful, I thought FDR put a chicken in everyone's pot... :(

Here I am talking about always eating chicken, because I eat chicken sausages or chicken burgers or chicken schnitzels nearly every 2 weeks and a whole hot roast chicken every month or so. The roast chicken is only $10 AUD at Oz Woolworths. :D

I make jokes with buddies that I maintain being overweight by never stopping eating... In fact I'm stuffing my face with fruit salad whilst listening to the hour long chicken techno and typing with you.

A buddy of mine is from South Africa (He's a Boer.) and we eat Boerewors all the time. A local butcher makes the stuff and freezes it because it's not a big seller. One day I plan to get Chicken, Beef and Pork Boerewors. :)

Wow, I thought everyone stuffed their faces as much as I do. There's allegedly 100 million obese Americans, so someone out there is eating really well.

GMO foods and processed boxed manufactured foods make one quite heavy. I eat only whole food. Meaning I turn real food into something to eat. I average a few hundred dollars a month on food prolly. I just spent 50 at the store and the time before that about 80 and the time before that about 50 again. When people eat low nutrition it leaves them hungry for more and usually it is more of the same low nutrition foods to fill up on. If you eat highly nutritive foods, you will eat less and be less hungry. hugs

I only spend $200 a month but I eat mostly sausages and vegetables or French fries with battered fish. With canned fruit salad for lunch and muesli for breakfast. But I'm constantly snacking on fruit, I'll buy $40 of fruit a month from a discount fruit store. I have a buddy who says I should drink less beer because that's how he got fat...:) But I suspect it's all the fat and sugar I eat. :(

It's warm here all year and hot in summer, so I need air con. :) Brisbane is like Houston or Florida.

Pretty much well everyone has running water and a roof over their head, so it would be weird if you didn't.:)

She's right! I should quit flour and potatoes. I mostly eat sugar in the form of fruit or starch in the form of potatoes. Starch being a denser form of sugar.

I also need to exorcise my demons too, I think they should be put on a treadmill. :)
