Quinoa is hard to rinse before cooking, it all gets stuck in the sieve. DO you wash yours before cooking? I've never prepared it. So, I definitely need your tips.  I did a few years ago and remember having to rinse it first, it was on the box instructions. I didn't like doing this so I stopped preparing it. after reading this, I would probably prefer it unrinsed. [ link to www.thekitchn.com (secure)]
