Hmmm I just noticed on the front left wheel.... It seems you have forgotten to include the `flange gromit`From the right threaded `angular gear receptacle`... Perhaps that because you used a left handed screw driver???.. I would perhaps re assemble!!!  #  I checked more than twice the instructions...
