As for the van...it needs to be big to live in. I lived in a 21' round foot yurt with 4 and that was okay but we had 5 acres and my 7 bedroom farmhouse to get out of the yurt when needed.

Homemade Chicken Kiev. Such a good way to make something out of what would be a dry chicken piece. Discount all other chicken dishes like curries, stew, stir fries etc and discount the hassle of tenderising fried chicken. You can even discount the usual chopping for this dish also buy adding Boursin cheese instead of garlic, butter, parsley and lemon j combo. Which leaks out anyway.

You could modify the boursin if you were a Ramsey but its fine anyway.

The Kievs are massive also and does feel quite like a resturant.

Its simply beating a chicken breast really thin, so it can be rolled up. Just add a quarter pack of bousin per chicken and a good knob of butter. Wrap/better shape with cling film. Freeze for 30 min before cooking. Then dip in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper the flour though. Then shallow fry each side, plus sides and edges until golden and bake on about 180c until cooked. Drizzle the leaked butter on kiev and maybe side of potatoes. Salt the kiev again and if wanting spicy. Season with birdseye chilli flakes.

Think I might see how it will be with a Chicken Marsala inner. Marsala wine sauce and mushrooms, that usually are with a chicken without breadcrumbs.

Awesome point. Haven't seen Boursin in a bit but also...haven't looked either. 'List' put it on the 'list'!
