Re: BIGFOOT: Experts* Are Theorising That The ‘Bear’ That Saved A Lost Child Was Bigfoot
As bear researcher Chris Servheen from the University of Montana unambiguously told The Guardian, “I’ve never known such a thing to happen, bears don’t do that.” We can all agree that it is surely miraculous that little Casey survived, but we must also all agree that it is pretty unlikely that it was the friendship of a bear that allowed him to survive. Luckily, there is a very simple, very plausible explanation for how he managed to survive: Bigfoot.

He is right.

Bears don't do that.

Bigfoot doesn't either.

We have firm evidence that Bigfoot doesn't even exist.

The supposed Bigfoot DNA found has been shown to be bear DNA.

This story comes full circle and actually helps prove that there is no Bigfoot or Yeti.

======

Of the nine “yeti” samples, eight turned out to be from bears native to the area, the researchers report today in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B. The other sample came from a dog. Similar studies of hair samples supposedly related to North America’s big hairy hominid, the sasquatch (aka Bigfoot), have revealed that those fibers came from bears, horses, dogs, and a variety of other creatures—even a human.

No Bigfoot.
 Quoting: BilloutWest

Liar(or full of shit).
There have been a number of samples tested that came back as "Part Human and Part Primate". Many hair samples too that came back as undocumented species!

Countless stories of Military run-inns with the Sasquatch.
Army bases in Pacific NW even have official protocols on what to do if/when you encounter one.
The Government knows all about them but for their own reasons it all gets covered up.
Of course this is nothing new, all Native American tribes have stories about them that go back centuries(They viewed them as another tribe).

Too many people are hard headed, arrogant and this just continues the ignorance. Let me tell you, there are far worse(Dangerous) things in the woods than a Sasquatch.

My sister announced bears outside our rental in Vancouver. They were big bearlike dogs.

She also talked about the time grandma fought off an attacking yak. The yak was a baby bull calf gently prodded out of the footpath with a walking stick.

I very distinctly recall the flames rising up through the floor register in the foyer of our first house. My dad explained the workings of the furnace which contained a firebox. Thereafter I recalled seeing the flames licking up through that register.

Kids are fun.

My son still knows a big shaggy monster was in our bathroom. He saw it.

I still know i leaped down the stairs and landed safely. Also that I could levitate sitting cross legged steering around with my mind until I tried to open the door to go down the hall and show someone.

Kids are magic.

As an adult Coyote came into my dream and set me right. At first sight of him he was a bear. Maybe the child dreamed a bear gave him berries. MY e a dream bear told him which berries to eat.

Re: BIGFOOT: Experts* Are Theorising That The ‘Bear’ That Saved A Lost Child Was Bigfoot
bigfoot move through higher dimensions and have far greater sensory perceptions

quantum and telepathic as well as very connected to all

it is said they like the shining ones which makes sense regarding the young child and age limit referenced by other posters - the younger the person, the less programming and the more connected/open they still are; therefore, the more they shine to those with eyes to see...like Bigfoot

it may be hard for the vast majority of ppl to make a connection with them (i.e., warrant Bigfoot's interest in a connection/communion), but to the pure of heart and mind and spirit, like say a fully realized individual (like the Buddha or Christ), the Bigfoot are encountered and engaged

I've felt them before in limited time in their environment, so I know I could make contact and some day soon we all will be able to

My 2 year old knows the difference between a bear and a dog. Now a Bif Foot he has never seen so a bear and Bigfoot would be closer.

Thanks OP for your post.

I remember after hearing this on local news and thought he would be found dead from hypothermia. the weather those 2 days in NC was just above freezing and area had rain a lot so everything was wet.
one thing to note Bears in Eastern NC actually don't hibernate so it could have very well been a mama bear that had a nurturing instinct.Pretty sure He was found in dense thicket.

there was internet chatter at the time that Bear was the nickname for a mentally challenged man who lived near the boys home who had the boy in his home for that period of time. And nothing was said of it because the community wanted to protect the mentally challenged guy from getting into trouble.

Arrogance abounds without evidence.

No DNA no Bigfoot.

Eat it:

Study finds that 'yeti' DNA belongs to bears:

[link to www.sciencemag.org (secure)]

(But science has not borne this out so far. Previous genetic analyses of a couple of hair samples collected in India and Bhutan suggested that one small stretch of their mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA)—the genetic material in a cell’s power-generating machinery that’s passed down only by females—resembled that of polar bears. That finding hinted that a previously unknown type of bear, possibly a hybrid between polar bears and brown bears, could be roaming the Himalayas, says Charlotte Lindqvist, an evolutionary biologist at the State University of New York in Buffalo.)

Meanwhile people want there to be a bigfoot so much they spout off without any evidence at all.

More than that. He and a friend actually heard them half the night while they were out hunting. He, of course, was one of the great hunters, so he swore they were not bear or wolf/coyote sounds.

Maybe that is partially the reason why he started the Protection movement.

As a former preschool teacher and nanny, 3 y/o are not great, with their colors.

I'd theorize he was probably found by a large dog, he saw as a 'bear'.

Fun to consider though. Like Jungle Book.

Mmmm, no. You worked with small kids. I'm a dad and granddad and have lived it, for the past nearly 30 years. None of them would confuse a dog with a bear. By the time they're 3, they have been so exposed to dogs that such confusion is not at all likely.
 Quoting: Tars Tarkas, Jr.

If they're closer to 4 sure. But early 3s not so much. Your kids and grand-kids don't compare to the scores I've cared for over the years.

If yours did, then kudos to you but many kids don't have a ton of nurturing at home. He was allowed to sneak off to begin with which tells me his parents weren't that attentive.

Big dogs are often named, Bear due to the resemblance to bears.

I worked with a few 3 y/o that were completely nonverbal. One still pooped pants. Another needing help walking.

Kids range in ability but having colors completely locked down at 3, is pretty rare.

Probably why he said purple bear.

Anywho..great that kid survived.
