Women don't wear skirt because there's too many creeps out there

Even when I was little, my parents always told me to wear shorts underneath my dresses.

I haven't worn a dress or a skirt in years. Too many upskirt creeps put there. Wearing a skirt or dress attracts unwanted attention. So why would women bother wearing them anymore ? I hardly see them wearing one unless it's a special occasion. Men will find a reason to sexualize every fucking thing
