The sprightly cheerful one is the double. The real Queen is more of a sourpuss. She's hunched over and wears drab colors. It was her photographed getting out of the Range Rover at Balmoral a few days ago. Supposedly the real Queen spends time inside with Phillip (who may or not be alive at this point). If the lady looks more like Princess Anne, it's the real Queen. The double is who you see walking around with crowds smiling in the bright colored coats. I don't think she is dead yet, but Charles is looking unhealthy lately. At any rate, he won't have a long reign.
