Russian village near nuclear-powered missile explosion is being briefly evacuated. A special train will be dispatched to Nyonoksa to take them away. Some of the villagers plan to walk off into the forest outside the village rather than board the train.

I think word briefly actually means they are not coming back like they said three days evacuation from Pripyat.
