Digital cameras have different spectral profiles and different adjustments needed for white balance. CCDs and CMOS devices do not perceive color the way the human eye does, they are ALL approximations of human vision at best. Add on top of that other factors like atmospheric reddening and the result is that a given photo may look quite different than how your eye would perceive it in the eyepiece at a different time. Each was taken at a different time of night or day with Venus at a different place in the sky and a different phase angle. The color can change depending on altitude above the horizon, white balance setting, and whether or not I have the infrared blocking filter in place.
