Re: Shrieking heard from Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell the morning he died-Links to why the case was reopened
CBS News has learned that the morning of Jeffrey Epstein's death there was shouting and shrieking from his jail cell.

Guards attempted to revive him while saying "breathe, Epstein, breathe."

CBS News has learned that Epstein's estranged brother Mark was called and he identified Epstein's body.

The New York City Medical Examiner's office has performed an autopsy, but the results are still pending.

In an interview with our West Palm Beach affiliate WPEC, a former Florida corrections worker said Epstein was "treated like a celebrity" during his 13-month stint in a county jail after he pleaded guilty in 2008 to charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution.

She claims his cell was regularly left unlocked and she saw him move freely through the dormitory area – sometimes completely naked – without repercussions.

We have to also remember what the ex prisoner who has been in these cells have came out and told everyone

There was no way you could hang yourself

There was nothing to use or attach anything to do you could hang yourself

Also, they wouldn't allow a suicidal person have sheets

So, how would he have done this?

Seems impossible

I'm sticking with he's not dead

This is all a show

Many reasons to fake his death

Many reasons for the ones in charge to fake his death

No reason for them to let him suicide

One reason for Epstein to suicide

Many reasons for Clinton's and others to want him dead

You have to figure that the ones in charge who don't work for Clinton's would know they would be coming after Epstein

So, I doubt they would let them get to him so easily

With Epstein being able to bring some very important people down they would have him under tighter security

This is why I believe it's all been staged

This throws the Clinton's off do they aren't trying to murder him

This let's the others guard down

Plus having Epstein dead wouldn't stop the case and others names from coming out

The girls who were raised are still alive

They are ones who will bring down everyone involved

It wasn't Epstein

If Epstein is Alive and not offered a sweet deal he probably wouldn't rat anyone out so he would be useless

The evidence is still out there, either on his island or his house

So even if Epstein is dead it wouldn't matter, these people can still be brought down, unless the whole fbi is going to cover up for epstein, clintons, etc...

So really wouldn't make any sense to let Epstein suicide

Again why I believe it's staged

Not to mention photos of the dead doesn't match his live photos

Except the prison hospital saw him first and then 911 was called
 Quoting: ~kpm~

Idk why that would be considered unusual. You take a med emergency to the nearest med facility. Transfer if unable to help victim. Even if the prison hospital found him dead, they are still required to try to resuscitate until officially declared dead.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77912695

Couldn't the hospital doctor or staff officially declare him dead?
 Quoting: ~kpm~

A prison hospital is usually staffed by a nurse I would think, especially in early morning hours.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77912695

early morning weekend hours especially. Only a doctor can pronounce death, as far as I know. Even when death is plainly visible.

Epstein was not called DOA either - dead on arrival.

Ok. Getting closer to why it was reopened

Infuriated by a bombshell Miami Herald investigative series on Epstein's crimes — which highlighted the sweetheart deal Epstein's lawyers got from Miami's then-top prosecutor Alexander Acosta (now Trump's labor secretary) — Sasse sent three letters to senior Justice officials on Monday, asking them to open investigations into possible misconduct of federal officials who handled the Epstein case.

How a future Trump Cabinet member gave a serial sex abuser the deal of a lifetime

Now President Trump’s secretary of labor, Acosta, 49, oversees a massive federal agency that provides oversight of the country’s labor laws, including human trafficking.

Acosta would have done what he was told by Obama's DOJ officials. So, with him having knowledge of what went down, he is a good choice to head that agency especially if he gave Trump the skinny on what went down.

Exactly

And by Trump appointing him he outed him and Barr was to sweep in and investigate the matter.

Regarding first part of your post, the suicide watch cell is different than the other cells. Epstein was removed from suicide watch and transferred to different cell with bunk bed and regular sheets. So suicide is possible.
But, it was all arranged no doubt. The guy couldn't be suicided while in the suicide watch cell so he had to be moved. And no time at all was wasted when he was moved it appears.

Our prosecutor made a mistake,” Vance spokesman Danny Frost told The Post of Gaffney, who claimed that Vance himself “was not aware” of the hearing until many years later.

“This is very unusual,” one said.

“There is no way Vance didn’t know.

The question is why — and who asked for the favor,” a law enforcement source told The Post.

(This is who they are looking for!!!!!!!!!

The person who asked the favor to go easy on Epstein )

Gaffney also worked on the Harvey Weinstein sex abuse case for DA Vance, before she left his office in September of 2018.

Vance previously decided not to pursue sexual abuse charges against Weinstein in 2015.

Who has ties to both Epstein and Weinstein, in a Arkansas kinda way......

From a distant view, I feel the Trump team announcing in 2016 that they were gonna go after Epstein & that they supported Brexit sent the Democrats into a frenzy. Not only had they been abusing their office, but they had to prevent this.

I believe the IC & State Dept plays a role in Epstein. They’ve had 2 to 3 years to inject themselves into the Epstein scenario they knew would surface. Democrats are slowly trying to twist this on Trump. If they start blaming Barr, it’s a good sign to me.

”Killer cop’ inmate says he heard nothing on morning of Jeffrey Epstein’s death

An inmate in the same unit where Jeffrey Epstein hanged himself heard nothing the morning of his death — but “knows a heck of a lot about what went on,” his lawyer said in a new report.

“Nobody heard anything. It was a silent act,” his lawyer Bruce Barket told NBC News.

“Nick knows a heck of a lot about what went on,” the lawyer claimed to NBC. “He was there during the first attempt and he was there when he actually killed himself — he just wasn’t in the same cell.”

Can you imagine the attention he must have gotten waking around naked?

That almost sounds made up it’s so absurd
