He has perfectly demonstrated how easily these laws could be abused by those in power to take guns from anyone for just about any reason, and he used one of the Left's heroes to make the point. Post a rant on Facebook about your neighbor not cutting his grass often enough? That's a Red Flag. Yell at someone who cut you off in traffic who happened to have his phone handy? Red Flag. Instagram how Taco Bell fucked up your order? Big Red Flag. No guns for you.

If Trump were to actually follow through with signing Red Flag laws, he will lose half of his base, and he knows it.

On Saturday, we saw him retweet Terrance's comment following Epstein's death...which included a reference to Bill Clinton, yet showing how the tables of public opinion were suddenly turned into TrumpBodyCount, rather than the phrase we've all come to know.

Hardcore red flag laws would essentially kill both in one big swoop. Congress and Senate actively working on gun control/bg check laws. This issue could get out of hand pretty quickly. Bill of Rights is one of my few triggers. That shit shouldn't even be on the table, and it makes me so mad thinking about how so many people are brainwashed to the point of protesting their rights in a free country. Messed up.
