I think the president was pointing out that a bitch wife divorcing her husband could go to a judge with something similar and red flag her husband as the result of a common argument.

Shit like this happens millions of times a day. It has the potential to make us all red flagged.

In other words, red flag laws are over kill and have the potential to be massively abused and fabricated on a whim as a 'get back'.
