The Legislative cant tell Judicial what to DO!!!   Quoting: Coastie Patriot Who makes the laws that the supreme court has to uphold? That's right, congress. However, you cannot change a constitutional right without an amendment to the constitution. An Amendment to the Constitution requires a 2/3rds majority vote BY THE STATES. The Dems can dream all they want, but they will not get a 2/3 majority of the states to agreed to change the 2nd Amendment. Now you learned something. Your Dem congress critters are promising you the moon.
