...

You literally just did what I told you not to do. The whole of Isaiah 53 speaks of Israel as a nation in the single form. This is proven by reading the rest of the other 3 songs in Isaiah that use the same literary device.

Also, the NT authors never quoted Is. 53. Don't you think they would have considering they misquoted everything else trying to prove a point?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77650411

I did exactly what you told me not to do because I hear the voice of the prophets and not snakes like you.

What we see in Isaiah is that a man can and will indeed bear the iniquities of others, but not just any man, the Upright Man, the Servant to come
 Quoting: sisatsana888 76575366

That's not what that song is about. And if you were to quote the full song you would see how it doesn't line up with Jesus's life.

A man can't die for another man's sins. Ezekiel 18:20-23.

Again if Isaiah 53 was about what Christians claim, don't you think that someone would have quoted it?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77650411

I've already destroyed all your lying arguments, little snake.

So, I'm off to eat lunch, now.

I was really just posting this in case others actually swallowed your flimsy lies and wrestling's of Scripture.
 Quoting: sisatsana888 76575366

You didn't destroy anything. You are selectively picking and choosing what you want to believe when the whole of the Hebrew Scriptures speak against your pagan idolatry of worshiping a man as god.

You can't think that G-d is that schizophrenic to say that he isn't a man, each shall die for their own sins, he abhors human sacrifice, etc and then turn around and do exactly what he says not to?

Also, your dead pagan man-god said that he would be back before the last one of his generation died. All of the NT authors (excluding 2 Peter which is a whole different story) stated that he would be back shortly.

There is no historical evidence of his resurrection or the people that resurrected with him. Surely someone would have recorded such a miracle outside of the NT.

I understand that it is difficult for you to process the fact that you don't have an Old Testament Scripture to stand on in denying Jesus as Messiah.

I would be mad too if I were a delusional lying snake like you.

OP, this is the reason...

2nd Timothy 3:1-5

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

yeah, this is the stuff I'm talking about
Sorry but you don't get to come between me and God.
God is within me, he is all around us.

You don't get to quote a few words as if chanting a spell, then say shazam, I've condemned u.

Want to talk about how the bible was created, when it was

eh you're brainwashed, I get it. I'm done with this conversation it bares no fruit. Teaches me nothing, and my life and soul are with the creator, not you.

I have noticed this over and over. You refresh the page and there's a new thread something about Jesus, you refresh it again seconds after there will be an instant 1 star there on the thread before anyone replies.

Is there someone that sites there 1 starring Jesus threads all day every day within seconds of them being created?

Because the Christians on here are full blown nut jobs.

It gets tiresome talking about the same foreign desert god all the time. There's hundreds of others to talk about, much better than that hook nosed one.

On my phone at the moment, but look up how each man is to keep the law for himself. Also, how the law is eternal and perfect. Both are in Deuteronomy.

Then loom up what the Messiah was to do in regards to universal peace and knowledge of G-d.

I understand its difficult to have to own up for your own misacts in life like an adult.

Re: Why does every thread about Jesus get an immediate 1 star ?
I was born and raised Christian,
my parents were Christian

I found myself asking questions throughout my life, many things in the bible made no sense to me. The idea of once saved always saved, sending your son to be sacrificed so that you who are already all powerful can save the souls you created in the first place. The idea that for thousands of years no one around the world other than in the middle east area had even heard about Christianity, or Jesus. We're their souls created for the pits of fiery eternal damnation and hell. The fact that the book itself is written like a chinese finger trap. You stick you head in it and start reading it, next thing you know if you go woah this is kinda crazy, then you are told that you will burn in hell for eternity if you don't believe blindly with no real proof. How genius is that?

So I always had questions, it never made a whole lotta since anyway. Then there are the cherry pickers, those who go around and pick out lines and versus out of dead segments of the bible in order to control others, but they don't live their own lives by the entire books they are quoting, it's horribly two faced.

Then there is the theology and the sausage making of Christianity itself. The books are written as if they are in first person, as if there is a note taker there taking word for word dictation. It's impossible when the books were actually written 60 to 80 years after the death of Christ in some cases. Considering the average lifespan of a human back then was about 30 years, I mean maybe some old guy wrote them, or a few old guys, but they are more than likely a creation after the fact. It would be like me writing stories about the civil war, not only research and accounting of events, but sitting down and word for word telling you what the conversation was between a group of soldiers in a trench. A trench I never was in, a trench that perhaps, perhaps someone from that trench had told me about 60 years later, but this is word for word, biblical, literal text that must be obeyed not because as if it is the gospel, but it is supposidly the gospel of all time. The book. The book that took those eighty year stories a few hundred years later and under a roman emperor the cannon was created, it was the consolidation of all biblical stories. Constantine was the ultimate say in what got put into the bible, and what got you killed for having texts that were not. The dead sea scrolls explain this. So does the fact that there are many different versions of the book of paul, and other biblical stories. There is even a bible in the church in Turkey. It is the oldest consistantly inhabited christian church on the face of the planet. Meaning those bibles have been there for a long long time. In their bibles are different christian stories and books not in our modern bible.

Interpretation is another but not really the biggest concern.

Then there are the people that follow the Christian religion. How do you ever have a conversation with anyone who is convinced you are going to hell? I mean in their minds they've condemned you to a fate worse than death itself. They don't know you, they don't know who you are, they don't know what your beliefs are.

No, as I have gotten older, it has become too large of a leap to jump over.
If Jesus is real and exists and invite him to come visit me. My door is always open to him. I would love to sit down and have a conversation with Jesus.

In a world where I can turn on the television and four different news sites are reporting the exact day of an event the exact same story and everyone of them tell the story differently. I have reached my conclusion on my trust in humans to tell the truth without their own bias. It doesn't exist.

Even on this website, you can have a view on something that 90% on here agree with, the next day post something you personally believe in and get shredded for it. Censored, just like this site has been censored, like everyone is trying to censor everyone else.

It was just as political, and people were just as trust worthy in the times of Christ.

So no, I'm not a big fan of the ancient sumarian stories of Adam and Eve which got put into the bible, or alot of the older stories that are ripped off from history from other religions much older then plagiarized like the flood myth stories, etc. etc.

It's just too much for someone with a mind that questions or thinks for themselves.

Find some brainless people and tell your story with a stoic face and with passion and I'm sure you will recruit them.

I was raised Christian. I now believe in God, but I don't pretend that any man knows what that is.

I don't one star anyone by the way unless it is bashing someone who doesn't need to be picked on.
