Not everyone is mixed. There are tribes in Papa New guinea
that have never seen white people.

You can use a test to tell, yes. Yeah, we're all different. That's not a bad thing. Should we treat them differently? That depends I suppose. Just as there are different varieties of dog and horse, the same applies to humans. It's nothing to be scared of.
