Looking at the pics of the plastic in this post, I can say it looks just like some of the earlier pics of what was being put into the chem trailing chemicals, along with Red Blood Cells, Barium, Aluminum, fiberous material that would burrow into a body and pop out of the skin as Morgellons Disease.
Chemtrails contained material that would inhibit foliage from taking up water from the soil, and would cause the soil to burn in forest fires.
Pres Trump is suppose to have defunded the flights and is cleaning up the skys, but there are ample trails even today that make me think they have not all been shut down. This is a gimmick of the deep state to pollute the Earth to do God knows what .... weather control, population control, to allow the growth of "Frankinfloral" which includes trees and anything GMO'ed to be in control of chemical companies and pushed upon the people who have no choice in what they eat or grow.
Who knows why there is plastic in the air. The theory put forth in this post may be correct and it may also be that the deep state is fighting back with more of the same weapons they have used for decades. Don't rule this out.

what most people don't know about Colorado is it's got refineries they make plastic here there's all kinds of heavy industry here and they pump all kinds of shit out all the time it's not a big deal. We rarely get chemtrails here lol
