Follow thier destructive ways as in follow the desires of their hearts and souls.

Yes, out of the heart, which is the soul, which is satan the devil, that serpent that does wickedness. The one and the same as the adversary. That is the Whore of Babylon, the Abyss, the bottomless pit. The soul of man which is also called the subconscious the storehouse of all evil in man..

Yes the same heart that tempted him in the wilderness, which you believe to be an external being called the Devil, when really it is the soul. That is what Jesus meant about overcoming. He that overcomes the devil's(soul, heart) temptations and tribulations will be with the father and clothed in white raiment.

To overcome is to be born again, and to be born again there must first be a death, that is of the soul.
