I'm going to share one last thing. I am going to keep our conversations to myself. To me, this was a sacred time in the life of an inspirational human being. We had discussed finding closure here at GLP and with each other. I had told him I didn't want any goodbyes. He honored that. Additionally, I told him if I didn't hear from him that I would continue sending pictures. His last email to me was yesterday afternoon. I woke up this morning not knowing Fred had passed. He was on my mind since yesterday. I sent an email this morning with pictures of my garden.

I think Fred did say goodbye to me as this was part of my email to him this morning..........

"The birds are everywhere this morning and very loud. They sound like they are in casual conversation with one another. As its getting lighter, they are getting louder or there are more of them."

We all know Fred loved birds.
