Edit: The shadow of the drone indicates it's a DJI Mavic Pro quadcopter. The operator of it had to be very close to the island. They are "line-of-site" transmission and have a range of about 1-2 miles without mods and high-end transceiver equipment. It's not some weekend "Average Joe" playing with his $1,000 quadcopter.
