Americans are dumb as rocks, and my fellow Brits aren't far behind. It's over, just accept it. Time for a major system crash and start again.

you aren't just dealing with stupidity though, you could also be dealing with a willful ignorance, which you could argue is a kind of mental illness or i'd put to you that many people go along because they think it's the best or only way to get along

obviously it's a complex issue, but what tends to infuriate me tbh is the controlled opposition or the people that just lie when it's their literal job to tell the truth or provide justice, I mean it's hard to assume these people aren't enjoying what they are doing on some level in that case

sorry to spam thread. but yeah that is what is frustrating with Trump, because he was into all this stuff and then he got in and either didn't call it out or caved


and that's the best logical way to get something done, put someone in willing, and with authority to do something, then people get behind them, it gets done etc


What do we have instead ? I mean what does a Trump supporter tell themselves ? It's the people's fault that people didn't get mad enough as a collective when he trolled them ?


It's just getting too silly. You don't take your car to a mechanic and he hands you a riddle you have to solve, threatens to trash your car, but secretly he's fixing it as long as you have faith and are patient you'll get it back after some unknown amount of time.

They are literally mesmerized / hypnotized by the special trumpet music at the beginning of all news shows...

I don't really get it...

Like, if it sounds official.. that's good enough for most people... as long as they are somewhat engaged and mildly entertained. Bread and circuses.

You can see it- even in this site... When the lamestream media broadcasts a 'large story'.... it's all over this site with posts from MSM sheep.
