I've lived. I work with an anchor baby and they made me train it to do my job, not to replace me, but for stability in the workplace and redundancy, my position is not in peril, it can't do it at all. I got a gusher story about coming from "shiddy south america place" illegally, but "doing things the right way" after they got here. Like I give a shite. How is it the "right way" when you wade the river and can't come over legally? What a moron.

We also have "sensitivity" classes every half year now. I work in a southern state. It's retarded to preach that garbage here, but they are doing it. The retardation is spreading, and they are doing it through state jobs and federal jobs. It's a trickle down effect from there.

The only solution is to reduce state and federal jobs to nothingness by replacing them with locally sourced and funded jobs.
