How much potential is wasted by homelessness? How much potential is lost from warmongers seeking international wars, ravaging countries, to line their own pockets at the cost of the oppressed? Work under communism will be fundemantally different than work in capitalism, it will be fairly less regulated thus you won't get stuck in a branch of work that you dislike for life, like in capitalism. People will work at the jobs of their liking without worrying about paycheck. With the new polytechnic education, switching between different areas of work will be easily possible for future generations. Doctors will work as doctors because of their passion of saving lives and for the respect they recieve, not for luxury and money. Janitors won't get stuck at working as janitors for the rest of their lives for example. People will share the burden and work in rotation at the undesirable jobs. When the division of labor gets abolished, those who do mental labor will also do manual labor at times and vice versa. It is total freedom, if only people knew.
