Well Koreans do tend to have thick shiny beautiful black hair, even the older ones.
I bet it has to be authentic kimchi for the health benefits made with shrimp fermented in a cave for months to actually work though. Fake grocery store kimchi often lacks this critical component.

NO! Sauerkraut does not taste like ass and foot cheese. I puked the only time I tried Kimchi.

I started shaving My head when I was around 24 and since then I really don't give a damn about My hair. Honestly I think it feels dirty and nasty so I prefer to keep it clipped down to the scalp. I don't even care about facial hair for that matter because it makes My face feel greasy so I shave it when it starts feeling nasty.
