I know this area well, and the Pizza place.
I have had reason to visit 4 times in the last two years, spent a week there in late June, about seven weeeks ago.
East suburban Paris, apartment, office, and shopping area built up in the 80’s. LOTS of refugees, area in decline.

Police do a good job of keeping the area around the train station, and inside the mall, clear of problems. Just a block away though, the rats and drug dealers rule at night. Lots of homeless living in the parking garages.

Even met an American, a large black man, living homeless there.

Bad service had consequences. Hopefully they will learn.

E side of Paris is the bad side, esp. NE iirc, the "banlieues". SW is the nice side, where Versailles Palace is.

You should be banned from ever eating in a restaurant again. How much perspective does it take to get up and walk out, it would piss them off but the Commandment is "thou shalt not murder" not "thou shalt not walk out of a restaurant".

Wikipedia shows that in the neck not the shoulder. If it's just a branch from there going to the arm, it would take a long time for that to bleed out and I'd think it could be elevated and stuffed / clamped / tourniqueted.
