Scramble an egg, mix in ingredients you wish to put with it (cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)

Spray glass cereal bowl (microwave safe) with Pam non-stick or similar.

Put egg mix in bowl.

Place in microwave (1000W timings given here) for 1 minute on High (100% in this case). I cover with a paper plate, just in case and it keeps any steam in to help cook better.

Egg comes out perfectly cooked, even, fluffy and ready to eat and are uniform, one after the next.

PS - ALWAYS use a paper plate or microwave cover on everything and cook at 80% most of the time, adding 30sec to 1 minute, as food won't dry out or heat unevenly if you do.

You may be a 5-star asshole but you're spot on when it comes to most of your nutrition and anti microwave stance.

Just make sure you turn your face and eyes away before you sizzle pop it with the fork.

If I want to do an eggplosion, i just put the whole egg unscrambled in there.

Sometimes even with a bit of scrambling it will eggplode.

On top of that she was in a kitchen right? she had a cold tap right there, if she would have immediately slammed her head under the cold tap she could have avoided all the burns.

The last and only time i ever tipped boiling water on my hand, i had my hand under the cold tap well within 2 seconds. No burns at all.
