Is shit going down?

A storm just passed by here in Central Illinois, and my wifi went out. Then broadband went out. Then texting, then the phones and answering systems on two different numbers acted up with terrible connection, and the 'leave your message' was all jacked. I'm on broadband now, and can type on my phone, but see in the upper corner, there is zero signal right now from a broadband tower across the parking lot, let alone wifi. I see the indicator showing nothing now, but has gone from 4g, to G, to 3g, to E e, and now nothing again. I got in here and was able to start a thread in the few seconds I had 4g. I'll just have to wait a while to post. Called spouse at major hospital in Peoria, and all cables out there. Woop, showing 4g, better hit post while I can. I will check back when I can. Damn, waited too long. I'm going to hover over post button until I see it. Wifi still out.rabbit ears work, and all local channels coming in. Still have zero g service. 10:02 central am is when this started.

Anybody else having issues? I can't see all these issues related to a storm, when in the past, there have been much worse, with trees down, etc, and has never affected broadband.
