Hong Kong Police tortured a patient in hospital(VIDEO)

This clip of surveillance footage shows a drunk man repeatedly hit by two police officers in his private part, head and abdomen while in custody. Lawmaker Lam Cheuk-ting, who released this video, said the shocking revelation emerged on Tuesday that the 62-year-old man, surnamed Chung, was allegedly “tortured” while held in a public hospital after being arrested for assaulting police on the early morning of June 26.
