Not antidepressants but anti anxiety and blood pressure.

Work = stress = health issues.

If I had all the money for a private island, and all that, the last thing I’d be thinking about is underage girls. There’s just so much better things to do than worry about getting off.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35458901

The sexual energy of man is one of the strongest driving forces of the human existence.

To harness its power without reaching orgasm, is what many mystics would consider the life force that can be retained and wielded for other activities. Rather than the simple, and pathetic release that comes with casting ones seed.
 Quoting: Zoink

work/stress converts your life energy into activity, which is being done for someone else

Are the 40+ hour work weeks the reason US need so many antidepressants?
 Quoting: Deplorable Xeven

Well, I work a minimum of 50 hours a week and a lot of times 60 or more and don't take anti-depressants, so I'd say no.

My anti-depressant actually is a 40 hour work week, I'll admit I took a dose this week and it did feel great.

Prozac is just concentrated fluoride it does not cure depression... It stuns your brain into a chemical stupor

I do, and he is right. It is fluoxetine hydrochloride.

Fluoxetine is the fluoride in toothpaste and the attached hydrochloride is what gets it across the blood brain barrier.

Don’t take em, so wouldn’t know on that front (other than the damage I know for a fact that shit does to your brain chemistry). I also know for a fact if you don’t work at something that fulfills in some way, you will be a miserable cuck until you find something that does. So, if you don’t work at all, you are guaranteed to be a miserable depressed cuck. And hopelessly poor.

Good for you! I did same since I was 14. I’m 51 now and can’t tolerate having to be n time. I like my work, I make company millions, but only need 8 hours a week to do that. They force me to come in 40+. That part driving me crazy these days. After about 40 years old I started to hate the bullshit games we have to play.

Ask the men in Great Britain when Margaret Thatcher PM said an entire generation of men will not know work . All the jobs vanished over night with the EU agreement .

Do you see a pattern here ? Derp .

England was flooded with heroine immediately .

The same script used on England will now be used on America .

Bankrupt , feminized , dumbed down education , Vaccine , Fluoride , heavy aerosol poisoning by heavy metal / chemical agents .

The population just gives up on protesting . Loving their gadgets and circus 's .

It's been done through out the ages . TPTB have all the books on destroying Empires from within and by war .

WW#3 is NOW and USA is LOSING !

st. johns wort is effective. it works as an antagonist to serotonin receptors so it can make you feel worse at first. but after 1-2 months you will feel incredible. That reminds me, i need to finish weaning off lexapro and take PERIKA (brand) again. I'm down to 10mg from 20 after a year. but also a 6-8 years opiate addiction due to a chronic illness. I also need to wean off suboxone.

fuck.....guess i'm a mess

i also have Lyme disease, bartonella, babesia, mycoplasma, ehrlichia, and who the fuck knows what else. that's what happens when you get by an experimental tick bioweapon vector....courtesy of the U.S. military.

Why does everyone act they are some victim to the system? You don't have to work now! You choose to work instead of being broke and unproductive. And you get to chose where you work in this country. Yes, there may be some golden handcuff keeping you at your current job that you hate but that is still a choice.

You live in one of the most amazing and free countries in the history of the world and at one of the most amazing times in the history of the world. Compare your life to your grandfathers or great-grandfathers. Think of all the conveniences of modern life that we take for granted. They had to go and get wood just to light a stove every fucking morning to keep their house warm and have a cup of coffee or cook breakfast. All we have to do is flip a switch or turn a knob. Granted they did not live as long on average because of this hard life. But they probably lived a happier life than you.

My grandfather was a farmer in Oklahoma and he never made any real money farming but it was the life he knew and he was good at it. He had numerous things that were out of this control to worry about all year long. Mostly the weather. Would it be too wet or too dry? Would a hailstorm destroy the crop? Would the price be too low when he brought the crop to market? He and my grandmother raised 9 children in that life. Think of the stress of being at the mercy of mother nature for the livelihood of your wife and 9 children. One-tenth of that level of stress would cripple most Millenials today. Nobody would have considered him a successful man. He was mostly penniless in retirement. His wife died 20 years before him in a car accident and the accident left him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. He lived with my uncle's family for the first 10 years after the accident and our family for the last 10 year. Yet he was one of the happiest and most even-keel people you would ever meet. Why? I think it was because he was a man of faith and he knew a couple of simple truths. But also because of how he chose to define success. For him, success was raising 9 God-loving children to be productive adults and the value he added to his community by the crops he produced. Hell, he even considered just surviving as a farmer during that time a success.

He has been gone for over 30 years now but two phrases he used to repeat often have stuck with me. And I still think about them on a regular basis:

"People are generally just about as happy as they decide to be." (I'm sure he heard this from someone else but he believed it and lived it.)

"Don't worry about the mule, just load the wagon." (He figured God would take care of the mule if he just completed the job in from of him)

I consider it a blessing that he lived with us for those last years of his life. At the time I was a teenager and thought of him as just a simple old man and not all that smart. But as I have gotten older I see him as so much more. He knew some very simple secrets to a happy life that few people know today.
