He's not a legal resident of the USA. He used a stolen SSN on his tax return posted at whitehouse.gov web site. It was a pdf they forgot to flatten and it showed his SSN as it had been filed. We ran the SSN thru e-verify and it came back "this is probably a stolen SSN". I saw this for myself and couldn't believe my eyes.

A private investigator I know from Ohio ran that number through her services and it came back as belonging to some one who had died. SSN can't be reused and this one came from CT. Obama's mom worked at a bank and had access to systems to look up SSN's as part of her job there. The man is a criminal.
