In all history, even when it was the only superpower of the world for centuries, and well before the existence of the US, China had never conquered or colonized any country instead it was always the Western barbarians. All that China ever wanted was to trade peacefully that will bring prosperity to all and sundry. China never created wars but it was always the foreign countries, including Japan that declared wars or more precisely invaded China for absurd manufactured reasons, to plunder her riches or to cause chaos. In this present era, some countries led by the US had yet to forgo their wicked past, hence too were their so-called proud glorious traditions.

Becoming a third world country, after the wars we build every bodies infrastructure back up with new stuff while our gets older and older. America has done enough for other counties it's time for us to help our-self's for once. Just look at our big cities and how they have decline. The water line in most cities are so old, lead is getting into school kids water supply and dubbing them down!
