If international governments try to tax Google and Amazon, will they unleash an army of killer robots on them?

I mean, is that the plan for those giant tech companies? It looks like right now, they're developing an army of killer robots to wipe out half of humanity, and to protect themselves from any governments that would get in their way and try to tax them.
