Fast forward a few days and Patrick Byrne met with a select group of journalists, all left of FOX, except Sara Carter, who he said earned her invitation. He videotaped and documented their meeting. Unless you have been in a Q induced coma, or brainwashed by CNN, you would know who Sara Cater is, and why her presence is significant. She is about the only real investigative journalist out there. She broke most of the FISA abuse and FBI corruption stories pertaining to the 2016 election.

Byrne broke news to them about his connections to Maria Butina, the FBI, and his beliefs on what was going on. He also talks about meeting with the DOJ regarding the subject. He entered a blog post on his website talking about this.

Sara Carter also has a great article laying out the details of their meeting. She takes the details, and organizes them into a coherent article, something that Byrne is unable to do in an interview.

What I think:
Byrne is legit. He found out he was a pawn in the FBI’s scheme to frame the Trump campaign for collusion, by using his connection to Butina to gain information. Butina was already on the FBI’s radar, but THEY let her continue to infiltrate the NRA and high level republicans. He thought he was doing his civil duty by helping them. Most of us didn’t know how corrupt the FBI was until the 2016 election, neither did he. And nobody would have known if it wasn’t for Sara Carter.

I think he is mistaken about the information he collected on Hillary. He thinks it was for blackmail. I think, as do many other conservatives, that the info was to see what the Russians had on Hillary. They could then get in front of it and conduct a counter-narrative.

I think Byrne is the FBI informant that came forward during the “11th hour”, as stated in the article above, that caused the IG to re-interview other people, and delay the release of the IG report. Also, people are confused about his stance on guns. He is pro gun, and has spoke at a libertarian rally, a very much pro-gun rally. His interview on FOX he says he thinks everyone should own one, just doesn’t fetishize them.
