Trying to be as objective as possible, I would say that there is no way to really predict what it will look like.

1. US and Russia will have had a limited nuclear war, not an all out one. But, the effects will have crippled both countries economically. The US will not recover, but descend into anarchy. The impact to Russia will be to turn it into a 3rd world country.

2. Israel will have fought a major war with Iran, Turkey, and even with Russian participation (but Russia will have already been crippled in its war with US). Israel will have utilized Nukes to wipe out areas from Syria, across to Iran, and extended its borders all the way to the Euphrates. The third temple gets built. Enter the anti-Christ to bring about a brief period of "peace".

3. China will have seen its economy completely collapse. Also, the US will have nuked key infrastructure areas of China to limit its economic/military ability to launch an all-out invasion of US. China will have no choice from a resource standpoint but to amass an incredibly large military of foot soldiers, along with India, to move westward and invade the middle east, including trying to capture Iran, Saudi Arabia (capture the oil resources), and try and wipe out Israel.

Bottom line, ten years from now, the stage will have been set for the final tribulation just prior to the return of Christ.

Either Christ returns shortly thereafter, or mankind will have reached a point of no return, and that being to battle itself in to extinction.

Gonna be a wild ride.
