I would say the first step is to stop supporting ANYONE who is a threat, or even potential threat, to this country and world. Trump went from being a potential “helper” of humanity to one of its greatest threats. Once you do step one, you will figure out what to do for your own step two. Or new possibilities will emerge for us all the more that people do step one.

I don’t call anyone an idiot... As Americans we tend to be more gullible as a whole and it is difficult to not be ignorant with how much they push it upon us. They control the narratives constantly so we shouldn’t be discouraged if we find we have been led wrong. Just gotta wake up and say not any more. Then figure out what is the best path for yourself, and society will do the same.
