Federal Judge Says Terrorist Watchlist Is Unconstitutional

A federal judge in Virginia has ruled that the government's terrorism screening database (TSDB) is unconstitutional because people on the list are not given an adequate opportunity to contest their inclusion. The ruling is a victory for a group of almost 20 Muslim Americans who sued the government over the list in 2016.

I'm sure San Francisco's one on the NRA still is valid though.

Have you figured it out yet, Reader?

this is great

its outrageous citizens are being inconvenienced and what are arguably constitutional rights being denied, such as the right to travel if they are put on red flag list ... whatever that was called ... for air travel ... without due process

and we don't know the full extent to which being placed on the terrorism watch list impacts lives

are they placed under some kind of surveillance ?

its been theorized some surveillance devices used by feds may have additional functionality to inflicted electronic harassment, or directed energy attacks, otherwise referred to as "mind control torture"

wtf are you talking about ?

in San Francisco the county board of supervisors ... or some local body , they were "supervisors" ... passed a BS resolution with no impact that the NRA is a terrorist group

I assume it has no real impact and is purely political, because if it DOES have any actual impact the NRA will sue them and easily win

The list should be public. That would solve any issues. The information war is against the American citizen. From up, down, left and right.

Estimated Numbers: Targeted Individuals & the Terrorist Watchlist

...

According to a civil lawsuit filed in 2014, it appears that the FBI refers to Targeted Individuals as “Non-Investigative Subjects,” and lists them on the Terrorist Watchlist. The U.S. government added more than 1.5 million names to its Terrorist Watchlist in the five year period between 2009 and 2014. They are adding about 300,000 names each year. This concerns many human rights organizations, who say that the government has become too aggressive in its efforts to keep the American public safe. By 2018, we can estimate that about 3.4 million names are on the list, many of them American citizens. One of the issues that came out from the lawsuit was the FBI's nomenclature of “Non-Investigative Subjects.” If someone has not committed a crime, has no known terrorist affiliations, and they are not under investigation – why are they on the list? For Targeted Individuals, this means something. They already know they are not being investigated for a crime, they have been targeted for an illegal, Deep State program that involves stalking, harassment, and microwave satellite attacks. This is the list where the names are held and local police departments have been instructed to refer all such contacts to the FBI and CIA. The police chiefs of most cities in America are trained by the FBI.

The NRA might just do that.

The local government has been bullying companies that do business in their district to stop supporting the NRA (and other pro 2nd groups) Implied threats of audits, fail inspections, etc.
Government thuggery, even if at a local level.

Are Terrorism Watch Lists Expanding ?
The use of “watch lists” to harass dissidents and journalists—as well as Muslims—appears to be growing, as the author discovered when he recently got caught in the net.

I think its typical in a nation thats been controlled by a foreign occupation force

in our case ZOG

for the indigenous law enforcement and security agencies to be indoctrinated to have contempt for their own people, to hold them in suspicion and be disdainful of their supposed civil rights

unfortunately those who have a deeper knowledge of what is really going on in this country have been coopted and at least at a subconscious level identify with and have thrown their allegiance to our overlords in Israel

The Constitution is signed in blood by those that have sacrificed everything to give you the right to marginalize their honor and courage

Your own words reveal your ignorance

If you think that document is a contract for the government than you probably have a college degree from the Department Of Indoctrination

Just like the lock on my gate and the locks on all my doors are there for your protection, that “antiquated” piece of paper you detest is a contract for the citizens of this country to protect government from itself

The framers of the Constitution specifically numbered the Bill Of Rights in the order for which they will be needed to protect the rest of the Amendments from tyrannical usurpation
