not sure about the yawning, but, "wisdom of psychopaths" the book, was an interesting read.

there are many psychopaths around, and they tend to excel at certain professions. however, most of them are not the criminal horror stories that you might often think of...

one specific part of the book talked about surgeons and how their blood pressure would actually decrease, and they would become calm when starting a surgery. a plus.
