No, the officer stated in the video that he was going to jail and getting a ticket anyways towards the end. That's when said his speed was 84 in a 65. Whether or not he gave him his license. The officer was already predetermined to arrest him.

Why dont the cop comply? If the cop has a good reason to pull him over then it should have been a simple exchange. Of the few times I have been pulled over, the officer has always been upfront with why he did so.

I have never seen a cop who would not tell you why you were pulled over. Either we are becoming a police state, or the hero cop can make up anything he wants to about the driver.

I am not necessarily siding with the driver as it is unknown as to why he was pulled over in the first place. At best the cop should lose his job for acting the way that he did. The driver deserved every right to know why the cop pulled him over in the first place.

That is what the court system is for. Always do whatever is necessary to minimize all contact with police. Play constitutional patriot some other time. 99.9% of the time you will lose a street argument and may lose your life. Your chances of getting out of a ticket are much better after you drive off.

Fat boy saw cop and was a “mechanic working on a vehicle”. and did a “throttle check” - 19 miles over the speed limit in front of cop.... but the truck was his. Camera running fat boy did his best to bait the cop but mother fucking lost his cool anyway. Couldn’t breath my ass.... drama queen.

Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the good law enforcement out there, but this asshole was not one. He couldn’t answer why he pulled him over because he had no reason, and was even smart enough to make up one! His dumb brute mentality was not gonna lose a fight though.

Harass and invade and accost is nothing like protect and serve. Cop escalated no doubt. Comply, then take your grievance to court. Don't try to argue your case with the arresting officer on the side of the road, its usually futile.
