You do know what happens if you agree to be an organ donor in case of a sudden accident?

As soon as whoever is legally in charge of you gives the ok, they take you ALIVE into the OR, and take out everything salvagable, while you are still warm. You can't already be dead, except maybe eyes a few hours. You can't be anesthetized or do anything to harm the organs last minute.

The truth is most of the organs can't sustain more than a few minites to hours once it's out of you, if that. It can't come out of you cold. Ask any surgical nurse to tell you the truth.
