HO LEE KWAP! An electrical box up on a pole outside my apartment just started making a very large whirr-whirr-whirr kind of electrical sound. It's pulsing loudly. Jeebus, it stopped now.  was that? One thing comes to mind... Power correction capacitors reacting to a change in electrical phase and inductive loading. [ link to www.google.com (secure)] I wonder if the term "phase" would directly come into play if time itself shited, and like us noticing, the phase correction capacitors were physically affected by a merging timestream slightly out of phase with ours.
