This Littlepixie has had tinnitus on and off for years and the way I fix it is:

1st: With my mind or voice I tell it "I can hear you"

2nd: I tell it "I acknowledge you"

3rd: I thank it.

repeat steps one, two and three until it dissipates.

These day I usually only have to say "I can hear you" and it goes/stops

My mom knew better than to get me that. I had to settle for rolls of caps and those little white things you toss that went bang.

One of my favorite toys was the Tomy Air Jammers buggy. It was a little car with an air tank on it and a clear plastic piston engine with a little red piston. Pump it up, give it a push and bbbRRRAAAAPPP!!! it would take off and run until the air cylinder was empty. I think that little sucker set the mold for being a mechanic. I watched that little red piston go up and down for hours.

Something strange with this lavender yytrium--


I put it out in the sun yesterday for about seven hours total. Even as hot as the sun is here in the high desert, the stone did not heat up anywhere close to anything else sitting in the sun. Seriously, I have to use a hot pad to open the hood on my work SUV....and it's white. The sun ain't no joke here.

Now, when I get a new rock or crystal, I sleep with it in my bed after it has been cleansed. I want my energy to mix with its energy. Even before I "program" it, I sleep with it.

I woke up this morning, and that rock was very, very warm....warmer than when it had been after sitting in the sun for seven hours. It took a lot longer to cool off, too.


Have any of you heard of this happening before?

Do you think maybe the draw of "outside" energy was so strong that it got it that warm?

I mean, I'm a warm person, but my body temp isn't even normal....although it went up some since the heart attack. It's about 97.6, and was around 96.2....but I'm a very warm person, temperature-feel-wise.


It's got me wonderin', ya know?.....

I'm a rainbow fluorite kinda Littlepixie. I don't put it in the sun because I don't want to fade it. I have noticed that when I pick it up it can be really cold(winter time) thou, after not too long it can become almost hot.

Sorry I've no answer as to why that happened with your crystal.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that is 'told things'. It is such a 'normal' for me I really don't give it a second thought.

Yesterday I heard a cheerful "Hi Louis!" in a friend's voice, rounded a row of shelves in the grocery and there she was. I said "Hello Anne, I heard you call me". And she replied "I just saw you now I never called you." Something is having fun around me. We're like beacons they are drawn to.

Now I feel better, I was wrecked too. Oh course we can wait! I hope your run went well. Over the years I have had to drive or fly to many locations for work, and always was left exhausted.

I played Precious Declaration multiple times yesterday as I drove between a few different stores doing shopping before coming home, then I put it on in the den and the Mrs. heard it [she loves Collective Soul and introduced me to the band years ago]. And added it to her playlist for the hours--long drive to the river house.

We had a software application update deployment go poorly [not my fault] which swamped our WAN with site to site traffic bringing it to a crawl, then I was busy with configuring copiers and printers at remote offices, and UNIX mainframe printing in our offices, such a busy day for me!

I posted that pin post above, put on the film 'Being There'* [I rank it beside Casablanca], laid on the den floor with a cat beside me, expecting I'd watch a few hours and check GLP.

Next thing I know it's 8:45 AM, the sun is up and the outside kitty is meowing for breakfast and the indoor / outdoor cats are meowing to go out and visit with it and spend the day sleeping outside and rolling in the dirt under some bushes like it was chinchilla dust.

Us working people need our beauty sleep!!

I'll see you here later, so here's to being beautiful with a Motown sound to it to start the day...
