Knowing how to identify them will be tricky.

4. They speak several languages

6. They will kill with machetes and any weapon available.
7. They are highly trained
8. They have precise coms
9. Their share a mindset and ideology (Biden said "idea" specifically)
10. Mosques are bases. Imams are Generals (not preachers).

In addition to ammo First Aid kits should include bullet wound dressing:

2 or more tourniquets
Gauze tape and large gauze pads
Suture supplies, needles and suture closing.
Long tweezers and hemostats
Scalpel
Sterilization liquid, don't use vodka.

Know how to cut a hole to remove fragments, X or Y or long cut.
Have anti-biotics and wound dressing on hand.
Keep medical instructions in first aid kits or home apothecary.

It is possible that hospitals will not have access, medical emergency cannot respond, and a doctor or nurse will not be available.

Identifying defense partners is also necessary.
Americans are in one of the stages of grief, which can be loss of a loved one, loss of control, loss of possessions, any loss. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance.

Those who will be able to defend and protect will not be in early stages of grief, those will be human targets. They will bog you down and put you in danger. Save who needs to be saved. Leave those behind who cannot clearly see the mission.

Neighborhood Defense teams should be set up immediately.
1. Print a map of your neighborhood.
2. Mark addresses and entry points
3. Collect phone numbers of neighbors, if they want to remain private respect that.
4. Notify the local Police or Sheriff Department. They have a staff member who is assigned the duty of liaison.
5. Meet with the like minded defense stand outs and formulate a plan.
6. Communicate as incidents unfold.
