From personal observation;
Earlier this year the Moon's appearance changed, as "the face on the moon" changed positions.
Then the Earth seemed to change as the Sun started rising in the Northeast, instead of the East.
Now it has went back to rising in the East.
The Jetstream changed also, and migrating animals went to the wrong places.
Some shoreline sloshing events happened.
Theory: The next time the moon appears to change it's position, the Earth will too.

This pattern varies depending on distance from the equator... I live in Colorado and since I have watched for years now I know about how far the sun moves northeast and southeast HERE. And on my horizeon where it rises at equinoxi. The earth does wobble off and on getting more out of balance... the fleets from heaven will stabilize that and the rotation changes that occur too.
