So once our solar system is in a particular location then all hell breaks loose. All the bodies in our solar system would be affected?

Kinda seems like our solar system is traveling on a wave that moves it around the galaxy. On top of the wave axis shift, bottom of the wave axis shift, and middle of the wave lots of rain. This seems more plausible for cyclical events. Ben Davidson mentions galactic sheets 4 minutes into this video: Also in his documentary Cosmic Disaster, e.g. 15 minutes in: Some people suggest it's the Solar System's passing through the galactic plane that triggers everything, but we passed it 3 million years ago and won't do so again for another 30 million years.
