No. He won’t be. The only “civil unrest” will be from the paid actors rolled out by those that stand to benefit most, including many within our corrupt government. They will fail (again), and eventually be hunted/prosecuted after pushing the majority way too far. Then those foreign enemies (partially) behind this chaos will pay dearly shortly thereafter.
