I think you're placing too much faith in the Senate Repubs, Phenn. Yes, they will exonerate Trump, but will they dig into all the dirt the Dems have done in the last two years, to say nothing of the Biden scandal? No. They're a bunch of pussies. Nothing will happen, period. Most of the Repubs are part of the swamp that needs to be drained.

You can not make the evidence up, really, it has to be based on true evidence. Right now, they may as well impeach themselves.

I've too come to the realization that people like Podesta and Co will never be brought to justice. There's no point in trying to win a game of chess if the opponent starts with five queens on the board. It's a fantasy that these people will ever see justice. A nice fantasy definitely but a fantasy nonetheless. At least impeachment will never pass the Senate at this point in time. I think the only reason Pelosi is pushing for it now is pressure from her own party. Pelosi is evil but hardly stupid. With any luck (and I think it will) the impeachment will backfire on the Dems big time.
