My experience (in crystal ball reading) tells me that there are 10 major imams in the US. They are cell commanders. Most imams are generals, always part of the government, not like clergy.

Some cells are bombmakers, others firestarters, others snipers. Others plane trained. Each have their own specialty. So you'll see fentynal stopped at Mexican border on the way to one station. You'll see shooters along the highways connecting the dots.

Sounds like it could possibly be a new method of gang initiation.

In the past, some gangs required recruits to shoot a random person. The recruit would then walk around town, looking for their victim.

Maybe now they are using a vehicle instead of walking. The reports says the description of the perp has varied in all of the incidents. Maybe this is due to a different recruit committing the act each time.

This is all theory but plausible.
