Where would I look to see a list of banned words? I'm not even sure this will show up in my own thread as I go to reply.

There is no official list per say as it changes so often.

As you can reply now, I bet that is what it is.

Just study it, change it up a bit and try again is the best I can advise.

It may be a banned word issue, however it previews fine. I tried pasting it into a message here in my own "functioning" thread & it would'nt post.

Weird stuff. And there's nothing inflammatory in the message, just me talking about gun nomenclature & such. I can't even begin to imagine which word was messing me up.

DrFeelgood: I'm not privy to how things work in GLP on the administration end of things, but to play devil's advocate here for a moment...

We've seen entire forums deplatformed off the web by political interests (think 8-chan). I would imagine that has something to do with it. Every site out there has a gun aimed at their head. Liveleak for example totally got rid of their comments sections (which sucks because that was the funniest shit I've ever read in my life).

Hopefully Trump will smash the censorship at the top & restore freedom of speech, but I'm not holding my breath.

Things are not going to change until the masses get their asses off their couches and start playing pass the roach with some politicians.

Yeah... sorry. I fail to see the correlation between “bad words” and whatever hypothetical gun you imagine to be pointing at the website’s “head”.


Now- I could see there being an issue with doxxing or conspiring to commit violence, however I don’t really see how any words would trigger censorship which would prevent anything as words themselves can do relatively little harm- only the intent of words or information conveyed in a combination of words could even potentially be of any “danger”.


I don’t claim to be all knowing. If there is something I am missing here, please do tell. I know I lean hard in the direction of freedom. As I see it that is the correct stance, though as time passes it seems I am finding myself drifting towards a place among a minority of folks who share such values. (You know, the values the US of A were founded upon. Freedom of speech, right to bear arms, freedom from illegal search and seizure of property, freedom and protection from government overreach etc)
