He's out of ICU like I posted yesterday, and a lot of the tubes and wires have been removed from him. He's happy he is in a much better bed, ICU has those air mattress beds. At 5:30 am he was given dialysis again, and the machine was too cold and it made him nauscoius. Once they got the temperature up he felt better. His Hemoglobin count was down again and they gave him two more units of Blood. This brings us up to 5 bags he has received so far. His Blood pressure is way lower now than when he was first admitted. In fact it's lower than mine. Doctors say his overall Numbers are way better than when he was admitted. They also so we may never know what brought this on, but they have had mentioned it could have been a E Coli that triggered all this. We Thank all of you for your continued support. Kidneys not functioning fully are causing the Low Hemoglobin levels and his sodium levels are high and Iron levels low. Doctors have told us to be patient everything is heading in the right direction. Hes been sleeping hard for several hours now. Which is good because on the new floor they wont wake him unless its necessary. Prayers, White Light, Good Karma, what ever you have to send our way we'll take it. Our 21 year old son has been in ICU since Saturday night. Medical related emergency, his numbers are off the charts, his Thyroid especially. They are not sure what the problem is. They have him on Kidney dialysis, and today it was twice. He also received two Pints of blood today. He is stable, but the root cause has not been found yet. They have a kidney Biopsy scheduled for friday, its been rescheduled twice already.
